Es kommt vor, dass sich im Gewebe der Nase ein Gang bildet. Einen solchen Gang nennt man auch Fistel. Eine Öffnung des Ganges kann als Loch an der Oberfläche der Nase sichtbar sein. Das andere Ende des Ganges liegt zum Beispiel im Nasen-Inneren oder auch im Schädel-Inneren.
