One or more of your organs have developed differently than usual. However, your heart is in its normal position in the chest.

While in the womb, your heart or other organs developed differently than usual. For example, it may be that some organs or blood vessels are not in the usual place in the body. There may also be changes in the heart. However, your heart is in the normal position slightly left of center in the chest.
