Es gibt 2 Unterarm-Knochen, die Elle und die Speiche. Die Elle liegt auf der Seite vom kleinen Finger. Die Speiche liegt auf der Seite vom Daumen. An beiden Unterarm-Knochen kann man einen oberen, einen mittleren und einen unteren Abschnitt unterscheiden. Die oberen Enden von Elle und Speiche bilden mit dem Oberarm-Knochen das Ellenbogen-Gelenk.
