M21.77: Unequal limb length (acquired) Ankle and foot

Your feet are of different lengths.

The reason for the different lengths lies in your ankle or foot. The length of the feet can change if the bones there become longer or shorter. The position of two bones relative to each other may also change and have an effect on the length of the feet. The altered length can be caused by certain illnesses, injuries or operations.

When someone’s feet are of different lengths, it does not necessarily cause any problems. But it may be that the person is then unable to move their feet properly or experiences pain.
